Plenty out there and it depends on what you want to do in GvG, what your team needs.

ie:
Trapper
Spirit Spammer
Melandrus
Cripshot
Choking Gas
other unique builds.

No offense, but none of them are good at all. I'll tear them apart if people want me to.

Play a Cripshot.

Choking Gas isn't seen anywhere in GvG.

Note: Melandru's is usually used with Cripshot. Usually, you want a Cripshot, then you want a Melandru's.

Melandru's don't really make sense now that you have barbed arrows.. I mean... well.. not really that viable.

CG dead in halls (never been in GvG metagame)

Thumpers I guess, though I hear R/D's been used. I've not seen it, must be my timezone.

Trappers are used.

On a less relevant note, I've also ganked with R/As before nightfall. Hey, if nothing, it was at least more efficient/durable/useful outside of gank than the old A/E. Lightning saw it, and least he told me it was more than 2 minutes faster than he expected a sin gank to be. /whine

Cripshot:

Crippling Shot
Savage Shot
Distracting Shot
Natural Stride
Signet of Malice
Apply Poison
Troll Unguent
Resurrection Signet

Sadly, a large part of playing a cripshot has to do with the skills (and style) of a player, and this list probably won't tell you a lot. Check around for cripshot discussions. Mainly a cripshot's job consist of: Flagrunning, Interrupting, Spreading Degen, Snaring Attackers, Snaring Fleeing Foes, Ganking. They work optimally in split groups, and are very versatile. The most important aspect of playing the cripshot involves multi tasking, quick thinking, and predicting the opponent(s).

Anything I left out?

Well said.

I find if you're a cripshot primarily there to gank, I'd use this skillbar:

Apply Poison
Crippling Shot
Savage Shot
Distracting Shot
Shadow of Haste
Natural Stride
Troll Unguent
[variable]- Signet of Malice/Res Sig/Whirling Defence

Shadow of Haste provides an *easy* way out if you come into trouble while ganking (opponent sends anti-gank team), although you have to time it well, or you'll get a bad teleport and may end up in more trouble

The only problem I think with Shadow of Haste is that you're given a timeframe that you have to kill things in before you have to teleport out, whereas with the build Silk posted you can freely gank without having to worry about being teleported out of the enemies base.

Cheers,
Mire

That's not entirely accurate. Recasting shadow of haste does not end the stance, so you technically have an unlimited timeframe. Just make use of maybe 5-9 seconds remaining on your SoH timer to run to a semi-safe zone and recast it to set your new "anchor" for the teleport. Then, end it anytime with Natural Stride.
